About the workshop (it’s FREE!)
Understanding Attachment is an educational workshop for anyone interested in understanding more about their patterns of connectedness that are expressed in the present but were learned in the past. The information taught in the workshop is based on attachment theory which has over 80 years of research including the last 40 years where the theory expanded to include adult attachment. Participants will learn a basic understanding of what attachment is, how it relates to their current relationships and an idea of how to influence positive change in their current relationships using the skills and information given.
The workshop offers participants an opportunity to learn fundamental information about their attachment tendencies. It’s presented as a 2 hour workshop and is limited to 8 participants. The workshop is geared towards couples and individuals but friends and even families are welcome to come ask questions and learn together. After all, we have all been, currently are in, or seek to be part of a relationship.
