MFT Trainee

I want to work with clients who are ready and willing to work hard. Clients that understand that challenges may arise, and the process may be uncomfortable at times. In order to create meaningful progress, they are willing to contribute to the development of the therapeutic relationship. The goal is to improve self-esteem, process, and heal from the trauma, and apply healthy coping skills.
As a therapist, it is my honor to walk in partnership with another individual on his or her journey toward hope, empowerment, and healing. I provide compassionate and supportive therapy to adult women, men, and couples who are undergoing stress, experiencing mental barriers, relationship difficulties, and/or struggling with low self-esteem, addiction, anger, sexual abuse, and self-worth. It is my mission to give you a safe space to express your feelings and experiences, and to help you overcome your stuck points without judgment. You are welcome just as you are, and we can work together to get you to where you want to be.
A combination of narrative therapy, emotionally focused therapy, the Gottman Method, and solution-focused therapy is used in my practice. Each step in this process is adapted to your individual needs, keeping in mind that the circumstances are unique to you. The therapeutic process is often very difficult, however, it can also be very rewarding for those willing to see it through. The goal of my work is to help clients gain strength and hope.
