As your therapist we will work together to help you meet your goals and discover your inner strengths. My therapeutic approach will help you gain insight into problem areas and concerns using mind and body awareness.
I’ve found my approach to work well for many issues, particularly depression, anxiety, sexual, physical, or emotional abuse, self‐abusive behaviors, problem pregnancies and births, and managing chronic pain.
I have enjoyed working with both couples, individuals, and adolescents regardless of cognitive or physical abilities, cultural background, religious/non-religious beliefs, gender identity, and sexual orientation.
Currently I am not accepting new clients.
