This group aims to work on those suffering from the effects that addictions have on our lives, how to cope/reduce harm of behaviors, and how our addictions cause harm in our relationships
Program Format
This is an Open Group, Coping with shame/guilt Behavior change Harm reduction Rebuilding trust with others and Self Psychoeducation
Days: Thursdays – Time: 6:00pm – 7:15pm.
Cost = $20/per session
Location: Online and on location at 900 Fulton Ave. Suite 250. Sacramento, CA 95825
