Tania Taylor, Marriage and Family Therapy Trainee

Hi, I’m Tania (she/her). I work with individuals and couples who are open to growth and ready to engage in the healing process. Many of the people I support have been through a lot. They are thoughtful, resilient, and doing the deep work of healing from pain, rebuilding trust, and reconnecting with themselves and others.

I offer a supportive space to explore what’s happening inside and around you. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect. I use trauma-informed practices to help you make sense of your experiences, ease the weight you carry, and move toward a more balanced and meaningful life.

Hablo Español. As a bilingual and bicultural therapist, I value culturally responsive care and honor how culture, identity, and generational experiences shape us. I am trained in Brainspotting, a somatic method for processing trauma, and the Gottman Method, which helps couples build strong, lasting relationships.
