Couples Resource Collective is a training facility for trainees, interns, and licensed persons who either have a passion for working with couples or would like to hone their couples therapy skills. Our staff receive advanced training in EFT or Gottman; law and ethics training (exam preparation or post-licensure); and other training opportunities. Below is a list of current open positions at Couples Resource Collective.



Couples Resource Collective is seeking to fill up to two (5) part- and full-time positions for therapist trainees, interns and associate counselor or social workers with a focus on working with couples and families. Weekly group supervision, mandatory in-service training, and other training benefits are provided.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum requirements include: (1) Current, active MFT intern or APC OR ASW with registration in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (note: those whose applications are pending will not be considered). (2) Strong clinical skill development, including an understanding of systemic treatment approaches and cultural competency. (3) Able and willing to work with couples and clients regardless to client’s gender, sexual orientation, spiritual identification, religious affiliation, or non-religious or non-spiritual perspective. (4) A defined area of clinical preference or specialization working with couples, evidenced through advanced training or clinical experience. (5) An understanding of, and fit with, the Couples Resource Collective mission and services.

COMPENSATION: Weekly staff training; advanced training in couples-related models, including EFT and Gottman; and, exam preparation course for L&E and clinical exam.
