Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee

At different times in our lives, we can find ourselves feeling overwhelmed, stuck, sad, or disconnected from ourselves, from others, or from the life we hoped we would be living. You may notice yourself repeating relationship patterns you don’t fully understand or sense that painful experiences from your past are affecting how you function today. These emotions can be exhausting and confusing, especially when you are trying hard to hold it all together.

In my practice, I work with adult individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges, including family conflict, parenting of neurodivergent children, and the lasting impact of a parent’s mental health struggles. Together we explore your emotions, patterns, and internal parts that developed in response to life experiences.

I also support couples who feel stuck in painful cycles, are navigating life transitions, or are struggling with differences in identity, beliefs, and family expectations. Together, we focus on understanding the emotions and needs beneath conflict and help you reconnect in ways that feel safer, clearer, and more supported.

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and attachment-focused. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy to help clients understand their inner experiences, strengthen emotional and relational bonds, and reshape the personal stories that influence how they see themselves, others, and possibilities for their future.
